Plastic pollution sadly harms marine and human health - there is an interesting article about this issue on the National Geographic https://www.nationalgeographic.com/environment/habitats/plastic-pollution/ but hopefully there are many things we can do to reduce plastic pollution https://www.greenpeace.org.uk/news/9-ways-reduce-plastic-use and there are also admirable people, like Beth (https://myplasticfreelife.com), that are trying their best to live a plastic-free life (definitely a challenge as plastic is everywhere!)

This year, once hopefully the Covid restrictions will be lifted, I would love to join a cleanup event with my kids 💚
